A NOTE ABOUT AIRFARE: We encourage you to buy your airfare from the tour
operator, because if your tour cancels then your airlines tickets will be
covered. Purchasing flights separately at a lesser rate and incorporating it
with a Non-Guaranteed Departure Date can result in loss of total cost of your
flight investment. Depending on the fare rules, flights may be Non-Refundable
and/or Non-Transferable. Neither the tour operator and/or Atlas Cruises &
Tours will be held responsible for loss if a tour is cancelled for Lack of

Documents
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Necessary Travel Documents such as Passports and Visas
is the responsibility of the traveler. Passports must be valid six months from
your return travel date.

Park Entrance Fees are not included in the above double occupancy rate.
Due to limited availability, the National Park Service restricts recreational boating opportunities on the Colorado River within Grand Canyon National Park to one trip per year per individual. Because of this regulation, Tour West cannot accept a reservation from any individual who has or will participate in any other full or partial canyon commercial or non-commercial river trip within the same calendar year. If you have already completed or have plans to participate in any other Grand Canyon river trip this year and would like to go again, please wait until next year or sometime thereafter to book you next trip. Grand Canyon National Park’s one-trip-per-year rule is strictly enforced.

With the COVID-19 pandemic affecting industries worldwide, Tour West has made a statement to take hygiene and cleanliness seriously in a manner to protect guests and employees wherever possible.
Here are primary precautions being taken by Tour West surrounding COVID-19 protection:
- Employee Screening including body temperature checks, mandatory examinations, isolations, etc.Guest screenings with mandatory questionnaires filled out, daily screenings of temperatures and symptom checks, etc.
- On-site COVID-19 protocols with liaisons present, isolation, etc.
- Improved disinfection practices for all shared areas and items like life jackets, drybags, day bags, sleeping bags, sheets, and more equipment
- Family group separation
- Social Distancing protocols via separated seats and additional boats where necessary
- An additional crew member per trip to verify that social distancing and disinfection practices are followed and implemented
- Improved mandatory disinfection practices with all food preparation
